All righty, looks like we've finally got a good amount of members! I'd like to celebrate by having a late Halloween-type event to test the waters for orchestrating future club activities.

This club is about having an open mind and being courteosly receptive to other's ideas, but also about being able to defend your own ideas as well as you can. So, for this event, I want you to, in any way you can think of (that's legal in the continental United States), say if you think Jack the Ripper really WAS a Jack, and not a Jackie. Many people think it impossible for our unidentified assailant to have been female, so I want you to give your opinion, in any way you want. That means it could be an essay, a poem, even a drawing or painting, if that works for you.

Sorry if this event seems messy, but like I said, I'm trying to test the waters a bit for this first one ^^; I promise that better ones will come in the future :3

Well, then, the due date for this will be on November 30 to let your minds and bodies recuperate from turkey and Black Friday broken bones.

I want this club to become a place of knowledge, concerning both Satanic and non-Satanic topics. Wanna join? Just send a note to either here or ~Canookian saying how you came across this club, why you want to join, and what you can do for support (I.E. be a co-leader, submit art/writings, help other members, just be a plain member, etc).

You don't have to be a Satanist, either. All you have to be to join is an interested, open-minded person.

Rules to abide by: Hm...pretty much just keep things intellectual, and don't spam around the name of the club, 'cause then it could be banned or what-have-you. I think that's pretty much it, though :3

Not much. Be open-minded, be courteous, basic polite formalaties like that. Linking to us whether in journals or on your user page would be nice, too, but not required.

There's a contest running, too, if you're interested. Just read the current journal for details, and welcome to Club Satan :3

You can make an Ateist club, as Satanisem coms from that parth of mind (and they are per def. openminded), and if you did so I'll join up I'm sure. I vere a former member of :icondasatanists: but I'm unsure I need all of that anymore, LaVeyes iders are greate and interesting not to say fun.
